Langley Home Gets A Modern Update

Dave originally got in contact with us through his cousin, which we did work for earlier in the year. This Langley home was looking a bit weathered, and was truly desperate for an upgrade.  The existing siding was old, yellowed vinyl siding with poorly mortared rust-coloured stone. We removed all of the old siding, stripped, sanded & painted the existing fascia before installing our soffit. The soffit we chose for this project was beautiful pre-stained pine soffit by Woodtone - a local soffit & siding supplier.

We removed several of the windows & replaced them with new ones from Retrotek windows in South Burnaby. The garage & entry doors were stripped, primed and coated with new paint, and the hardware replaced.

We installed stone veneer from Versetta Stone on the lower elevations, followed by James Hardie board & batten, shake & lap siding all in pre-painted Arctic White.

After a good clean up, this house was the best looking on the block by a longshot!
